HANDPICKING

We offer a service where customers can visit our warehouse in Manises, Valencia, to personally select garments that suit their needs for their business.

Conditions:

  • Customers can choose to take their garments the same day at no cost or have them delivered.
  • The minimum order for the handpicking is 400€ (excluding shipping and taxes).
  • Reservations are free by filling out details on our website or via WhatsApp.
  • Customers can cancel their visit 24 hours in advance without penalties.

If you're arriving by plane and need transport to our warehouse, we offer free pick-up and return within our working hours (Monday to Friday), just let us know in advance.

Our goal is to provide the best service, ensuring a comfortable shopping experience.

VIDEO CALL SERVICE

We offer a service where customers can select garments through a video call, with our staff assisting them in choosing items that best suit their needs for their business.

Conditions:

  • A 20€ deposit is required, which will be deducted from the final price.
  • The minimum order for the video call is 400€ (excluding shipping and taxes).
  • Cancellations are allowed 24 hours in advance without penalties.
  • The video call lasts between 1 to 1.5 hours.
